Blue

Could you leave me by the sea?
I would be covered in sand
Happily lying and
The waves would break on me

The clouds shatter in the skyline
In bursts of white and blue
As the ocean breaks through
This lethargic way of mine
I wonder why can't we
Just lie here till' infinity
Floating on the blue froth
And laughing as we cross
What lies between us two
Under the stars and the moon
I wonder if this may end soon
Still I'll always love you
