This dolphin is playing around in the breaking waves, somehow surfing.
It is interesting to think that there are some animals on Earth that, like us, enjoy their surroundings and seek sensations/pleasure by exploring their worlds. Maybe the behaviour shown by this cetacean is the evidence of some sophisticated intelligence.
The concept of Fun may be something that it's characteristic to the most evolved beings. Like a human surfer, this dolphin rushes to the waves, not for food or reproduction, but for simple pleasure. And that is a beautiful prospect!
